Data controller
The legal entity, representative, address and contact details of the controller will be added to the legal notice. The data protection framework applicable to the parish and the competent supervisory authority must still be confirmed.
Access and hosting
This website is published through OpenAI’s Sites service. To deliver pages, the hosting infrastructure receives technical data such as your IP address and information sent by your browser. The contractual provider, any subprocessors, logs actually retained, deletion periods, international transfers and safeguards must be confirmed before this notice is finalised. The operator will establish the legal basis for delivering and securing the website under the applicable framework.
Cookies and local storage
The parish page code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Selecting “Necessary functions only” stores church_privacy_v1 and an expiry date in your browser’s localStorage. This preference lasts 180 days, contains no personal identifier and is not sent to a server by this code. An expired record is removed on the next visit. “Continue without saving” closes the panel without storing this choice.
Changing your preference
You can reopen the panel from the footer of any page. “Delete saved preference” removes the local record. You can also remove it through your browser settings. The page code does not activate optional services. Technical storage used by the hosting platform for sign-in and security is separate and is not controlled by this panel.
Fonts, images and external links
Fonts and images are served from this website. No maps, videos, contact forms or analytics tools are embedded. Links to Google Maps, the Romanian Patriarchate and tourism sources open external services only when followed; those providers’ policies then apply.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to certain processing. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority. Contact details for exercising these rights will be added.
Updates
This draft describes the current page functions. The operator’s details and verified hosting information will be added. Introducing analytics, forms or embedded content later requires updating this notice and, where relevant, the consent mechanism.
